Tommy Armour

Product Design

Named after the iconic, World Hall of Fame golfer and instructor, in the 1970s, Thomas Armour launched his first line of clubs, Tommy Armour. The line of clubs achieved a high level of recognition in the 1980s thanks to the introduction of the 855 Iron clubs. This line has since been purchased by Dick's Sporting Goods and the purpose of this project was to modernize the newest line of clubs for the 21st century.

Agency 1903's design team was tasked with executing the reintroduction of the Tommy Armour driver to the consumer via Dick's Sporting Good. CAD files were provided by the client. The agency was responsible for the product-specific logo marks and the overall aesthetics of the club.
